  • forecasting deviations and the optimization of action using Earned Value method.
  • regularly reporting, filled out and sent reports including current status of the project and emerging threats and risks
  • keeping the project on the MS Project platform  commonly used by project managers
  • completing and placing on documents once a week ( FTP Server, Project Server)
  • organization coordination  meetings  - in designing and execution phase  
  • coordinating meetings, consultation and meeting notes available on request
